We’re feeling the burn right alongside you this month. Keep reading to find out how The Laundress co-founders Gwen and Lindsey are ushering in a healthier new year.

Gwen’s Going for It…

YOGA | SAMAMKAYA BACK CARE
With better posture on the top of her priority list this year, Gwen’s going to weave some yoga into her routine.

WHOLE 30 COOKBOOK | MELISSA & DALLAS HARTWIG
The salad dressing with a kick of mustard powder was a find, and the stuffed peppers too. Gwen actually served a Whole 30 dinner party, featuring the cauliflower rice as a side.

PALEO CLEANSE | DESIGNS FOR HEALTH
Per the doctor’s orders, Gwen is kicking off the year with this liver cleanse aimed to flush out toxins.

DRY JANUARY | DRY JANUARY MOCKTAILS
Gwen always does Sober September and Dry January. It’s a good way to freshen up after all of the Christmas cocktails and trim the waistline! If you find it tough to say goodbye to fun mixed drinks, try some fun “mocktails” like these from Shape.com.

Lindsey Lives Healthy…

BODY TREATMENT | THE CARILLON HOTEL SPA
Every January, Lindsey likes to start the year with a body cleanse consisting of hydrotherapy and a dry brush and scrub–followed by a massage. This year, she enjoyed her treatment at this Miami spot.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE | DARA GODFREY
Moving into her 40s, Lindsey’s become more focused on what her body needs now for optimal health and fitness. She recently began working with a nutritionist to help educate her on the best ways to fuel her body.

LONGEVITY | CAMERON DIAZ
Lindsey recently read (and loved) Cameron Diaz’s book on longevity. She’s a big fan, and they’re around the same age.

HONEYBRAINS | NEW YORK
Lindsey is supporting her friend’s “brain child” – Honeybrains. The menu includes foods based scientifically proven to optimize brainpower.
